The Relationship Between Perceived Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment in Kindergarten Teachers

چکیده

This study aims to determine the positive relationship between perceptions of principal's transformational leadership style and organizational commitment in teachers/educators. Organizational should be owned by every teacher/educator achieve goals educational institution listed vision mission institution. However, organization could more concern for institutions. is fill literature gap provide direction stakeholders as a consideration making references regarding teacher commitment. The data collection method this used scale with Likert Model scoring technique. hypothesis that there perception teachers' population sample were all educators kindergartens Cilacap District, totaling 30 Data methods using Transformational Leadership Style Commitment scale. results Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis two variables amounted (rxy) 0.402 (p < 0.014). showed very significant teachers kindergarten. coefficient determination R2 = 0.162. conclusion from presented shows provides an effective contribution 16.2%. usefulness research need importance attached teachers.
